Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes. A Cash on Delivery charge of ₹49 applies and is shown at checkout before you place your order. Pay online with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets to avoid this charge.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are handling a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few extra days, and we will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fizinga.com with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy.
