Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Free Delivery Above ₹799
Orders of ₹799 and above are eligible for free delivery. For orders below ₹799, an additional convenience charge of ₹49 will be levied.
Cash on Delivery
Cash collection charges of ₹99 apply to Cash on Delivery orders. These charges are non-refundable.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email after dispatch containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly at Hello@fizinga.com with your order number, photographs and an unboxing video where available. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while the claim is reviewed.
